Commitment to Children, One Family at a Time

The West Allis Childrens Center is comprised of an 18,000 square foot facility with 5 separate wings for our Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, School-Agers, and Head Start students.

The Infant Wing

This area has 4 private sleeping rooms, conveniently- located food preparation and diaper stations, large muscle rooms, and lots of fun, wiggly, colorful, sensory-filling items to play with.

The Toddler Wing

This area has 3 classrooms, each scaled to every level of a toddler’s development with spaces planned for their on-the-go ways. It also has conveniently-located food preparation and diaper stations along with pint-sized sinks and toilets to promote potty-training and the independence they desire.

The Preschool-Wing

This area has 2 classrooms for children ages 3-5 equipped to prepare them for their up-coming kindergarten adventure. Computers, easels, and enriched learning centers help promote a successful start.

The Head Start Wing

This area has 2 classrooms geared for Head Start families offering the same great amenities as our preschool classrooms with special attention given to their needs.

The School-Age Wing

This area is a School-Ager’s dream with a Broadway stage, a real-life kitchen allowing them the inspiration for creative cooking projects, a homework room, large muscle room, and a gaming area with pool table, air hockey, and foosball.
